Development Analysis

We integrate the site's static and dynamic physical attributes with the site's development entitlements to produce a Development Analysis that sets forth one or more development options. We work with our clients' specific situations to determine the relative risk of each development option.

The following are components of what we refer to as the development analysis:

• Parking ratios required and obtainable

• Market depth and breadth

• Transportation

• Cost of capital
