Tenant Analysis

We work with the client's internal staff and external leasing brokers, and use our creative leasing relationships to help identify and quantify the correct mix of tenant types. We assemble a list of potential tenants, and test fit the known requirements of their current leases or upcoming rollouts (including rent, tenant improvement allowance, size, and form factor) against the proposed development options. The resulting tenant profile produces a proforma schedule of rents.
