Reporting Structures

A Team Organization is incomplete without a meaningful flow of information among the team members. We believe that communication skills are not an inherent gift, and that the creation of a simple but useful internal reporting mechanism is one of the best predictors of project success.

Each project has its own internal dynamic that needs to be identified, and either amplified or filtered to ensure clear communication with a minimum of noise. Often just the simple act of setting a clear agenda and time limit for meetings, distributed in advance, reduces the clutter to useful clarity.

Structure, consistent reporting of relevant data, and timeliness are our goals.
